We have a variety of lesson horses available from walk trot to horses that can jump 3'ft. All of our horses are very safe and reliable. They all know that they must teach you how to be a better rider!

On your own horse	$35
These lessons usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour.  You must arrive 15 minutes early to properly groom and tack your horse before the lesson begins.  Lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the student.
On our horse	$40
These lessons are for the rider that does not own or lease their own horses or ponies.  Typically for the starting student these lessons will focus on basic equitation and horse care.  Lessons on our school horses can also be tailored for the advanced rider.  These lessons usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to properly groom and tack the horse you will be riding.
Tiny Tot Lessons	$25
These lead line lessons are for children under 6 years of age who enjoy riding.  They are only 30 minutes in length on a very safe pony.   Parent and Me Lessons                                            $50 These Lessons are for Kids and parents who want to ride together. $50.00 includes both Parent and Child riding on lesson horses for 45 min to an hour. You will be riding together and learning together.   If you want to reserve a spot for your lesson every week you must pay in advance for the whole month. Prices per month are:

Full training includes daily Turn outs, Lunging, Schooling, and Lessons for show horses 5-6 days a week.

Half Training:                                 Call for price

Half training includes Schooling, Lessons, Turn outs, and Lunging 3 days a week.

Maitnence Program:                          200 per month

This Program includes maintaing your horse 5 days a week with turn outs and grooming. Your horse will also be clipped and clean. This includes blanketing and Lunging. This program is wonderful for the horse that is coming off an injury or needs to get back into shape.

 Every horse at Lombardo Training Stables must be in one of these programs. All horses will be kept clipped and clean. All fly spray and show sheen will br provided. Donations are always welcome :-)

Horse show fees are to cover instructors at the horse shows.

You will be given an invoice BEFORE the horse show. You must pay for all Fees in advance including show fees, day fees, trailering, and class fees.

Horse show day fees:                   50 Per day

Trailering:

Del Mar-                                   100 round trip

The oaks-                                 150 round trip

Buying a horse:

Here are a few things to remember:

-The horse must be servicably sound

-The horse must be quiet with no dangerous habbits

-You should get along really well with the horse

-You should have plenty of room to grow into your new horse, but not buy a horse that is too much for you to handle

-Make sure you know your expenses up front and know how BIG of a responsibility it is.

-You must have the horse approved by Bree and a 10% comission upon buying the horse must be paid.

Leasing a horse:

Some people are more comfortable with leasing a horse/pony. One thing to remember when you are leasing a horse/pony, you do not own the horse/pony so the owner could want the horse/pony back at any time. Normally a 30 day notice is given. Here are some options for leasing:

Full Lease:

You recieve 5-6 days with the horse. The horse can go to horse shows with you and you have full responsibility of the horse.

You must pay:

All of the horses board              $ 350-450 per month

Training/ Lessons                     $ 200-450 per month

Shoes                                     $ 95-140 every 7 weeks

Worming                                 $ 10 every 3 months

Shows                                     $ Varies

Total:                                      $655-1050

Half Lease:

 You recieve 3-4 days a week with the horse. The horse can go to horse shows but you must check with the other Half leaser.

You must pay:

1/2 Board                                $ 175-225 per month

1/2 Training/Lessons                 $ 100-225 per month

Shoes                                      $ 50- 70 per month

Worming                                  $ 5 every 3 months

Shows                                     $ Varies

Total:                                      $ 330-525

We can sell your horse for you!

You must pay for:

Board                              550.00 per month

Maitnence                         200.00 per month

Comission                        10% of horses sale

Your horse will sell fast with us! Our horses sell as fast as 2 weeks and take as long as 2 months!
